Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Summary:

Supersonic Host offers a 14-day refund window for new hosting accounts. After that, no refunds are issued unless stated in writing.

Refunds Apply When:

  • You cancel within the first 14 days
  • You experience downtime over our uptime SLA without compensation

No Refunds For:

  • Domain registrations (once processed)
  • Accounts terminated due to abuse or violation of ToS
  • Add-on services (maintenance, support hours, etc.)
